Care When It Counts

Access to quality healthcare in the U.S. disproportionately affects people who don’t have 9-to-5 jobs. Many bartenders lack comprehensive benefits and suffer without adequate resources to address mental and physical health challenges. TTCF wants to help.

Industry

Bartenders Guild

The Bartenders’ Guild works to uplift the bartending industry as a whole, bringing its members together through education, community, and advocacy. We believe in the Guild’s mission of empowerment and want to help bartenders both in their careers and personal lives. Giving back to those in need of support means offering bartenders the opportunity to take care of themselves the way they do their customers. This starts with grants from TTCF donations.

HEALTHCARE

Covid-19 Relief

Bartending can be a physically and emotionally demanding job, and the Covid-19 pandemic has only added to the challenges bartenders face. Many have experienced reduced working hours or lost their jobs altogether due to pandemic-related closures or restrictions, leading to financial strain. What’s more, bartenders also often lack healthcare and access to other benefits, which may make it harder for them to seek medical care when needed. Getting back on track can be difficult, which is why TTCF wants to assist these workers with healthcare grants supported directly by our donors.
